Finnish Pulla [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 20
- Time: 120 minutes
The recipe of this unique bread was given to me by my grandma whom I consider an expert in cooking. The Finnish Pullas make for an excellent snack that can be enjoyed during various times of the day.
The bread is slightly sweet and is extremely nutritious. A loaf of this bread has more carbs and protein than fat. Therefore, even weight trainers and muscle developers can gain a lot in having this snack on a regular basis.
Though a lot of time and effort goes into making this bread, it is worth trying it. I am sure you will enjoy making it and eating it with your family as much as I did.

Instructions
- Take a small saucepan and warm the milk in it until bubbles begin to appear. Then set it aside to cool.
- Add some yeast into the warm water and allow it to dissolve. Now add the milk, flour, 4 eggs, cardamom, salt and sugar to form the batter.
- Continue beating until the batter becomes elastic and smooth. Again add little flour and beat well so that the dough becomes glossy and smooth in appearance.
