Ingredients
- 1 fillet Chicken breast, low fat
- 1 slice Cheese, swiss, low fat
- 1 slice Ham, sliced, regular (approximately 11% fat)
- 1 oz Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
- 20 gram Wheat flour, whole-grain, soft wheat
- 1 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, thyme, dried
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 dash Salt, table
Instructions
- Slice the chicken fillet in the length to form sort of an envelope
- Preheat the oven on 180C/350F and stuff the envelope with the cheese and the ham
- Close the chicken fillet with a skewer
- Rub the fillet with the flour, salt and pepper
- Mix the thyme with the breadcrumbs on a plate and roll the fillet through the mixture
- Put in the oven for about 50 minutes
