These are the easiest pre workout cookies I have ever made. I eat them 30-60 minutes before my workout for an extra energy boost. You can add some dark chocolate to make it even better (the darker the chocolate the less sugar, and the more cacao).

Ingredients
- 1.02 cup Oats
- 0.48 cup Cereals ready-to-eat, MUESLI, dried fruit and nuts
- 1.98 medium Bananas, raw
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a bowl
- Add the oats and muesli and mix thoroughly
- Make patties or bars with mixture and put on an oven plate (spray with non stick)
- Put in the oven for around 20 minutes
