My almond flour protein bar is a tasty treat for me when I need quick energy. It’s a perfect protein bar recipe that is made with protein powder, almond flour, peanut butter and honey. They are handy, tasty and easy to make.
This is a no bake and no refrigerate protein bar recipe that melts in your mouth as you bite them. They are fulfilling and satisfying protein bites; I use to pack them with me when I travel to get some reliable protein while eating out. It is very simple to make them just mixing the ingredients and shaping them into bars or balls any shape and size you like.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Instructions
- Mix almond flour and protein powder together.
- Melt the peanut butter and whisk together peanut butter and honey until incorporated.
- Add to the almond flour mixture and knead to form stiff dough (if the dough is too wet add some more almond flour or if it seems too dry add one teaspoon water at a time knead again).
- When the dough is very stiff like modeling clay, shape it into a bar.
- Store them into a cool and dry place.
