Ingredients
- 0.5 container Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 1 medium Bananas, raw
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 oz Nuts, walnuts, english
Instructions
- Spoon a half container greek yoghurt in a bowl.
- Chop the walnuts (you can also toast the walnuts for a few minutes on medium heat) and add them to the yoghurt.
- Slice the banana and add to the mixture.
- Sprinkle the honey on top.
