This Asian-style dish is packed with protein and is therefore excellent for those who wish to build muscles. I generally try this dish at least once every fortnight as everybody in my family likes to have it for their dinner. The fact that this dish is high on fiber and protein makes it extremely fulfilling. Also the steak tends to be flavorful whilst being tough. The reason why sake is used as one of the ingredients is that it is excellent as a tenderizer. I prefer rolling up steak to get rid of excess fat from it. I also use a sharp knife to slice the fat away and then to unroll it.
