I make sure that I prepare this dish quite regularly because it is healthy. In fact, chicken breast is considered to be a wonderful source of protein and this in turn is required to build muscle and increase stamina.
Whenever I prepare this dish at home, I make sure that I serve it with couscous or whole grain pasta as they together form a wholesome meal that no one can resist for long.
An interesting feature of this dish is that it is spicy and quite flavorful. It can be enjoyed by all in the family and is highly nutritious.

Ingredients
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 2 cloves Garlic, raw
- 0.52 tsp Salt, table
- 4 breast bone and skin r Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, enhanced, raw
- 1 tsp Spices, paprika
- 4 gram Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
- 1 tsp, leaves Spices, oregano, dried
- 15 gram Lime juice, raw
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 0.52 cup Orange juice, chilled, includes from concentrate, fortified with calcium
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients and the juice in a plastic bag and combine well. After adding chicken into the bag, marinate it and keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Now set the oven to 375 degrees Celsius
- Take a baking pan measuring 13” * 9” and spray it with cooking oil. Then place chicken in it.
- Now bake the chicken in the oven for at least 20 minutes or until the chicken in perfectly cooked.
