Baja Fish Tacos [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 4
- Time: 10 minutes
What is really good with this recipe is that it is extremely low in saturated fat. In other words, this taco dish is healthy and can be consumed by everyone in large quantities.
I personally prefer using fat-free sour cream as they are healthy and provide flavor of their own. Serving these tacos with avocados is an excellent idea as this fruit is heart-friendly and provides monosaturated fats in appreciable quantities.
This dish is especially beneficial for weightlifters and trainers as it provides with high quantities of protein that is important for muscle building and repair works. Besides this, the dish is low on fat.
