Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Oats
- 1 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
- 1 scoop Gold Standard Chocolate Whey
Instructions
- Add oats to milk and cook (or microwave) according to the packaging.
- Add peanut butter and protein powder (chocolate), mix well.
- You can also add a little bit of honey or a banana.
