Ingredients
- 1 loin, whole Pork loin, Tenderloin, trimmed, separate fat and lean only.
- 1 package McDONALD'S, Barbeque Sauce
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Marinade the pork loin with barbeque sauce and Italian spices.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork loin until brown from both sides.
- Pour the marinade and cover and cook until tender and soft.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes over low heat.
- Remove from the heat and serve with lemon juice.
