Ingredients
- 1 watermelon balls Watermelon, raw
- 1 medium Carrots, raw
- 1 cantaloupe balls Melons, cantaloupe, raw
- 1 cup, sliced Apples, raw, golden delicious, with skin
- 1 fl oz Cranberry juice, unsweetened
Instructions
- Peel and chop water melon and cantaloupe.
- Cut apple and carrot in small pieces.
- Put all the fruits and vegetables in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Add cranberry juice to get the desired consistency of the drink.
- Pour in a glass and drink.
