Ingredients
- 0.24 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1 bulb Fennel, bulb, raw
- 0.52 tsp Salt, table
- 10 gram Lemon juice, raw
- 2 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 3 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 450 gram Crustaceans, shrimp, untreated, cooked
- 300 gram Onion, red, raw

Instructions
- After trimming out the fennel’s outer leaves, discard stalks.

- Now place a skillet over medium heat and gently heat some oil in it. Then add onion and fennel into it and cook for a few minutes or until it gets browned slightly.
- Then reduce the heat and add shrimps along with all the other ingredients.
- Stir the above ingredients slowly so that they are uniformly heated.
- Serve hot.
