Ingredients
- 245.04 gram Fat-free raspberry flavored yogurt
- 15 gram Water
- 2.28 tsp Leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
- 3 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 30 gram Sugars, granulated
- 0.96 tsp Salt, table
- 3.24 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched
- 3 tbsp Oil, vegetable, Natreon canola, high stability, non trans, high oleic (70%)
Instructions
- According to the manufacturer’s instructions create a layering of yogurt, yeast, sugar, salt, bread flour, canola oil and vanilla extract.
- After setting the machine to the required cycle, start adding water in the increments of 1 tsp especially if the dough is too dry.
- Once the bread is ready set it aside to cool for at least 20 minutes. Then slice the bread before serving
