Ingredients
- 0.2 steak Beef, rib eye steak, boneless, lip off, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, cooked, grilled
- 1 oz Cheese, cottage, nonfat, uncreamed, dry, large or small curd
- 1 bagel Bagel, wheat
- 1 small Onions, raw
- 1 slice, thick/large Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 gram Spices, italian style
Instructions
- Crumbled the cottage cheese add Italian spices, salt and pepper – mix vigorously to combine.
- Cut thin slices of cooked and roasted beef.
- Cut the bagel in half and toss them in a pan, and spread cheese mixture on it.
- Place a layer of tomato slices and onion slices over the cheese.
- Now top it with beef slices and close with other half of the bagel.
- Press and enjoy.
