I want my protein shakes to be delicious at the first place. This is a pudding like blend and I always look forward to drink it. It is super tasty and difficult to resist. This blend is made with ground almonds, banana and milk. Ground almonds and banana provide the bulk to the shake; it is thick, creamy and bubbly. I am going to use sweetener, but this is optional your can avoid it if it increases your calorie intake.
Protein shakes are important part of a bodybuilder diet. For building strong toned muscles we need lots of protein and protein shakes are a great way to compensate the need of protein. This blend is capable to supply your enough protein along with good carbs and essential fatty acids.

Ingredients
- 1 gram Almond Nut
- 1 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1 medium Bananas, raw
- 1 1 packet Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia (packet)
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Instructions
- Soak the almonds in water a night before, it will help in grinding and form a smooth paste.
- Put soaked almonds, banana and little milk in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Then add protein powder, remaining milk and sweetener to blend for 30 seconds.
- Add ice cubes if needed and drink.
