Ingredients
- 8 oz Spaghetti, whole-wheat, dry
- 0.24 tsp Salt, table
- 10 gram Spices, italian style
- 1.04 cup, chopped Onions, raw
- 1.04 tbsp Sauce, worcestershire
- 226.48 gram Chicken breast tenders, cooked, conventional oven
- 2 cup, diced Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 1.04 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 2 can Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, packed in tomato juice, no salt added
- 1.04 tbsp chopped Garlic
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 350 degree Celsius.
- According to the manufacturer’s directions, cook the pasta by leaving aside fat and salt. Then drain.
- Take a nonstick skillet coated with little cooking spray. Place it over medium flame. Once hot, add garlic and onion and sauté them for a few minutes.
- Now add salt, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning and tomatoes and bring it to boil.
- Then reduce the heat and allow cooking for 10 minutes without any cover.
- Now add chicken, cooked spaghetti and cheese and stir well.
- Then add 3-quart casserole.
- Add the remaining cheese on top of the mixture.
- Now bake it for at least 15 minutes at 350 degrees Celsius.
- Serve hot.
