Ingredients
- 1 fillet Fish, salmon, Atlantic, wild, raw
- 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, white, raw
- 1 medium Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tsp Thyme, fresh
- 1 tsp Spices, parsley, dried
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degree F.
- Take a bowl and add vegetables, mushroom, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper, stir to combine all.
- Take large sheet of foil, spray olive oil in the middle, place the fish in the middle.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and zest on it and arrange vegetables and mushrooms around it.
- Now fold the foil around it to make a parcel, tightly enclose the edges of the foil to prevent any leakage.
- Bake the fish parcel in the oven for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked.
- Serve when the parcel is cool enough to handle.
