Ingredients
- 10 slice, chopped, cubed, whole Beet, Beetroot, Raw
- 1 medium Apples, raw, with skin
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
Instructions
- Wash and peel the beet in small pieces.
- Cut the apple in the same size of pieces.
- Take a bowl; add apple, beet, salt, pepper, cinnamon powder and lemon juice.
- Mix all, to well combine all the ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
