The spinach in this recipe gives me a real pump when I'm in the gym! The iron and vitamin B make for a better oxygen circulation and the niacin turns fat, carbs and protein into energy. Above all that it also tastes really nice!

Ingredients
- 6 100g Chicken breast tenders, cooked, conventional oven
- 3.99 large whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 5.01 100g Spinach, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
- 9 unit Whole Wheat Wraps
- 0.99 large Onions, raw
- 0.99 clove Garlic, raw
- 0.99 medium Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 0.99 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12 grams protein per 8 ounce
Instructions
- Cut the chicken in pieces and add some chicken spices
- Add some coconut oil (if you don't have it, use olive oil) in a pan, and add the squeezed garlic and the chicken
- When the chicken has a nice brown color it is ready.
- Cut the veggies and heat up the wraps
- Stuff your wrap and enjoy!
