- 0.99 cup Oats
- 0.33 cup Orange juice, chilled, includes from concentrate, fortified with calcium
- 0.24 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 0.51 cup, sliced Bananas, raw
- 245.01 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 0.99 cup, sliced Apples, raw, golden delicious, with skin
- 2.01 tbsp Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Take a medium bowl and combine oats, brown sugar, orange juice and yogurt in it.
- Then add blueberries, banana and apple in it and stir gently.
- Serve immediately.
