I like to prepare this dinner dish quite regularly as it is easy to prepare and healthy. It tastes good as well.
Everyone in my family likes to dig into this dish, including my 3 kids.
Besides providing you loads of energy that you can use to help sustain yourself for the remaining part of the day, this dish is rich in carbs and protein.
Bodybuilders and those that are engaged in heavy exercises can have this dish regularly as it can provide protein to help build their muscle and for tissue repair works.
I suggest you to try this dish. I am sure you will like it a lot!
