Ingredients
- 4.98 medium Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 70.02 gram Coconut flour - Aman Prana
- 1.02 1 cup Water
- 1.02 tsp Leavening agents, baking soda
- 0.48 cup Blueberries, raw
- 1.02 scoop Trutein - CinnaBun
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs until a bit fluffy.
- Add in the coconut flour, sifted.
- Except for the blueberries, mix all ingredients together.
- Heat some oil or butter in a pan.
- Scoop some of the batter in the pan, sprinkle a few blueberries on top.
- Cover the pan with a lid, and let it cook for a few mins.
- Flip the pancake over and cook until brown.
