Ingredients
- 15 gram Pesto, red or green
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 1 lemon yields Lemon juice, raw
- 1.6 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 15 gram Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 375 gram Minced Chicken
- 1 pepper Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
- 30 gram Tomatoes, sun-dried
- 1 cloves Garlic, raw
- 2 tbsp Mixed herbs
- 3 large Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
Instructions
- Except the oil, mix all the ingredients in a bowl to prepare the burgers.
- Divide the above mixture into 4 equal parts and flatten them to form rounds.
- Cover each of these balls and set aside to chill for at least half an hour.
- Take a bowl and mix the ingredients required for preparing tomato salsa.
- After brushing each of the burgers with little oil, keep them in a hot grill for a few minutes.
- Serve the burgers with salsa.
