Ingredients
- 8 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 0.24 tsp Salt, table
- 0.48 1/3 cup Blueberry sauce
- 5.04 gram Plain Butter
- 8 slice thin Whole Wheat Bread
- 0.48 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 1.52 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1.52 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2.48 tbsp Syrups, maple
- 20 gram Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 200 degrees Celsius.

- Take a large bowl and combine the eggs, salt, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup and milk in it so as to blend well.
- Now place whole wheat bread (2 slices) and have them dipped in batter for a couple of minutes.
- Then heat a nonstick pan over medium-flame and melt some butter in it so that all areas of the pan get uniformly coated with it.
- Now remove bread slices from the batter and drain out excess batter and place it in the pan. Cook until the both the sides become golden.
- Now repeat the above steps for remaining bread slices.
- Top the bread slices with warm blueberry sauce and remaining blueberries or other toppings, if required.
- Serve immediately.
