Ingredients
- 0.99 piece Ripe Mango
- 0.99 gram Spices, cardamom
- 0.51 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 21.99 gram Sugars, granulated
- 367.5 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
Instructions
- Add sugar and mango into the blender and process them until you get a consistent puree.
- Now add milk and yogurt. Continue to process so that you will get a smooth mixture.
- Now serve the drink in a glass with a dash of cardamom and little pistachios.
