- 1 small Apples, raw, with skin
- 10 gram Pesto, red or green
- 1 oz Ground turkey, 93% lean, 7% fat, raw
- 4 slice, medium Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 2 slice, regular Bread, pumpernickel
- 2 leaf inner Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
- 1.5 oz cooked, yield Turkey bacon, cooked
Instructions
- Take bread and spread some pesto over it.
- Then top the bread with bacon, turkey, tomato, lettuce and other piece of bread.
- Now serve the dish with apple.
