Ingredients
- 2 slice, regular Bread, rye
- 1 tbsp Salad dressing, italian dressing, reduced calorie
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet
- 1 cup, sliced Cucumber, peeled, raw
- 2 tsp Horseradish, prepared
- 0.5 cup Spinach, raw
- 50 gram Beef, top loin petite roast, boneless, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 1/8" fat, choice, cooked, roasted
Instructions
- Take a small bowl and combine horseradish and mayonnaise in it.
- After stirring the above ingredients well spread the above mixture over bread slices. Then top the bread slices with spinach and roast beef. Then cover it with the other bread slice.
- Now serve the above sandwich with some cucumber slices.
