Ingredients
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 0.5 tsp Salt, table
- 0.25 1 cup Water
- 2 cloves Garlic, raw
- 0.25 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 can drained, rinsed Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned, drained, rinsed in tap water\~^CHICKPEAS (GARBANZO BNS,BENGAL GRAM),MAT SDS,CND,DRND,RNSD~
- 30 gram Tomatoes, sun-dried, packed in oil, drained
- 2 pita, large Bread, pita, whole-wheat
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 425 degrees Celsius.
- Spray a little cooking oil over a baking sheet. Then coat the pita wedges with a little of cooking spray before placing it over a pan.
- Now bake the wedges in the oven until it becomes golden.
- Then combine beans, garlic, pepper, salt, tomato and water in a processor so that you get a smooth mixture.
- Now the snack is ready to be served with pita wedges.
