Ingredients
- 0.72 tsp Spices, chili powder
- 8.04 gram Orange Zest
- 0.48 tsp Salt, table
- 0.72 cup Romesco Sauce
- 0.96 fruit without seeds Lemons, raw, with peel
- 0.96 large Oranges, raw, all commercial varieties
- 2.04 unit Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 909.96 gram Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions
- Add sea salt, chili powder and zest in a large bowl. Then add shrimps into this mixture and toss so that they are evenly coated. Now keep the bowl in refrigerator for at least half an hour.
- Now thread shrimp, pepper and citrus wedges on the wedges.
- Then on a medium-flame place the grill.
- Now place the skewers on the grill and keep changing their position so that the peppers and shrimps become slightly charred.
- After removing shrimps and pepper from the skewers serve it with sauce.
