This smoothie is made with avocado, green tea, protein powder, milk and Greek yogurt. This sugar free smoothie is loaded with the goodness of avocado that is full of nutrition and supply the essential fat to the smoothie.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Green tea matcha powder
- 1 NLEA serving Avocados, raw, California
- 0.5 container Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 1 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Instructions
- Mix the matcha green tea powder with little hot water.
- Peel and cut avocado, add to the blender also add protein powder, Greek yogurt and milk.
- Blend until smooth; add matcha green tea mixture and blend until mix.
- Serve in a glass and enjoy.
