Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Spinach, raw
- 0.1 gram Salt, table
- 1 large Oranges, raw, all commercial varieties
- 2 slice, large Bread, rye, toasted
- 0.1 gram Spices, pepper, black
- 0.25 tsp Spices, curry powder
- 30 gram Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 30 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 2 large Egg, whole, cooked, hard-boiled
Instructions
- Take a small bowl. Add eggs, pepper, salt, curry powder, bell pepper and yogurt in it. Stir all the ingredients.
- Now take a rye bread and place spinach over it. After topping it with egg salad, serve the dish with oranges on the side.
