Ingredients
- 399.96 gram Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 170.04 gram Prosciutto
- 0.96 fl oz Lime juice, raw
- 0.48 cup Marmalade, orange
Instructions
- Take a large bowl. Then add shrimp, fresh lime juice, and orange marmalade into it and combine well.
- Keep the bowl in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to marinate properly.
- At this stage, preheat the broiler.
- Now prepare thin strips of cut prosciutto and wrap each of these strips at the middle of shrimps.
- Then broil the covered shrimps for a couple of minutes and serve hot.
