My coconut cream haupia is just like a pudding that is sweet, tasty, creamy and delicious. It is also very simple to make this pudding, you can make it in advance and refrigerate until you need to serve it. Try out this easy recipe to add some sweetness in your diet without feeling guilty.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Aroy D Coconut milk
- 10 gram Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Sweetener, syrup, agave
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 raspberries Raspberries, raw
- 10 gram Water
Instructions
- Mix the corn starch with little water and set aside.
- Take a sauce pan and add coconut milk, vanilla extract and agave nectar.
- Also add diluted cornstarch and whisk together to combine all.
- Place the sauce pan over medium heat and cook while stirring continuously.
- Cook until the mixture become thick, it should be thick enough to pull away from the sauce pan.
- Transfer the mixture into serving molds or glass and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or until firm.
- Serve with fresh berries.
