Ingredients
- 2 cup, whole Mushrooms, white, raw
- 1 tsp Vinegar, balsamic
- 1 tbsp Spices, rosemary, dried
- 1 gram Spices, italian style
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tbsp Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degree F. Arrange a baking tray by lining baking paper on it.
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, Italian spices, pepper, balsamic vinegar, salt and rosemary.
- Wipe the mushrooms with kitchen towel and soak in the marinade. Toss well to coat with the marinade and arrange in the baking tray one by one, top side down.
- Bake in the oven until soft and brown for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy.
