Ingredients
- 8 serving LOUIS RICH, Turkey Bacon
- 4 tbsp Syrups, maple
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 80 gram Whole Wheat Wraps
- 0.24 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 6 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 6 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
Instructions
- Place a nonstick skillet over medium flame and heat it. Now add turkey bacon and cook it for a few minutes or until it becomes crisp. Once cooked, remove it from the pan and keep it aside.
- Now add little cooking spray into the pan and heat it over medium flame. Then add pepper and eggs into the pan and scramble to your liking.
- Take a premade crepe and start arranging 2 slices of bacon over it. Top each of these crepes with scrambled eggs. After rolling up each crepe, drizzle it with little maple syrup and serve immediately.
