Ingredients
- 2 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 0.24 cup Syrups, maple
- 0.24 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 2 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 2 slice Bacon, pre-sliced, reduced/low sodium, unprepared
- 4 slice Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 8 piece Multigrain toasted waffles
- 2 tbsp chopped Chives, raw
- 3 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Celsius. Place a medium-size skillet over medium flame and heat little olive oil in it. Then cook bacon for a few minutes or until it turns golden.
- Now take a large bowl. Combine pepper, chives, egg whites and eggs in the bowl. Now add little oil over the skillet and cook the mixture for a few minutes.
- Now arrange the waffles over a baking sheet. Then top waffles with cheese, bacon and scrambled eggs. Place the remaining waffles over these ingredients and keep it in the oven so that cheese melts and waffled become crisp.
- Serve the waffle Eggwiches immediately.
