Ingredients
- 3 gram Salt, table
- 1.02 tablespoon Oil, sesame, salad or cooking
- 1.02 clove Garlic, raw
- 1.02 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1.98 tsp Spices, ginger, ground
- 0.24 cup Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
- 1.02 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 0.24 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 3 large Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
- 7.98 oz Spaghetti, whole-wheat, dry
- 1.02 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1.98 large Carrots, raw
- 1.98 large Cucumber, peeled, raw
Instructions
- Add peanut butter, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic into a blender and prepare a smooth mixture. When all the ingredients are still blending, add little hot water into them so that you get a mixture of suitable consistency.
- Take a pot and boil little salted water in it. Now cook noodles in this pot for a few minutes or until it becomes tender. Drain and rinse using cold water. Now transfer the noodles in a bowl and toss the same using sesame oil.
- Into a bowl containing noodles, add carrots, cucumbers and scallions and toss. Now sprinkle the mixture with sesame and cilantro. The dish is now ready to be served.
