Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef, chuck for stew, separable lean and fat, choice, raw
- 1 Tbsp Sauce, teriyaki, ready-to-serve, reduced sodium
- 0.5 cup Pineapple juice
- 1 scoop Unsweetened pineapple chunks
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 stalk Onions, young green, tops only
- 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet and saute garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Add beef and saute until brown, add teriyaki sauce and pineapple juice. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add green onions and pineapple cubes, let it simmer for 5-6 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and serve hot over brown rice.
