Ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach, raw
- 0.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 1 container Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 0.5 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
