Ingredients
- 60 gram Pesto, red or green
- 1.02 cup Cheese, ricotta, part skim milk
- 30 gram Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 1.02 piece Egg white beaten
- 18 wrapper, wonton Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers)
- 0.48 package Spinach, raw
- 226.98 gram Roasted red pepper
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 350 degree Celsius.
- Take a small bowl and add egg white, 2 tbsp pesto and ricotta. Stir well.
- Place a skillet over medium flame and heat 1 tbsp water in it. Now cook spinach for a couple of minutes or until it wilts.
- Then spread 2 tbsp pesto in a baking dish. Add 6 wontons on top of pesto. Now spread half portion of ricotta on top of wontons. Sprinkle a dash of pepper over wontons.
- Now place the remaining wontons over the sprinkled peppers. Then add ricotta mixture, remaining peppers and spinach over the wontons. Sprinkle with little parmesan and mozzarella over the dish. Use a foil for covering the dish.
- Place lasagna in an oven and bake it. Once all the cheese has melted, leave it alone for a few minutes. Cut the dish into 6 equal portions and serve immediately.
