Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Guava Paste
- 1 piece Ice cubes
- 1 cup Nuts, coconut water (liquid from coconuts)
- 0.5 cup, chunks Pineapple, raw, traditional varieties
- 122.5 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 0.5 piece Ripe Mango
Instructions
- Add guava, mango and pineapple in a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture.
- Now add yogurt and coconut water and blend further.
- Pour the contents into a glass containing ice cubes and serve chilled.
