Ingredients
- 1 cup, sliced Apples, raw, golden delicious, with skin
- 10 slice, chopped, cubed, whole Beet, Beetroot, Raw
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 1 packet Honey
- 1 tbsp Vinegar, red wine
- 0.5 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Peel and cut the apple and beetroot to small pieces.
- Boil apple and beet slices with water in a pan for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool a bit, then blend it to puree the sauce.
- Return the apple and beet puree to the same pan and add, ground pepper, cinnamon powder, honey and red wine.
- Cook over medium heat, until thick for 8-10 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve as you like.
