My strong muscle building goals hardly allow me any indulgence when it comes to food. I have to follow strict diet plans, and avoid any sort of food cravings for desserts and comfort food. And when I realize that I am losing the track then I try this drink. It will help me to get back on track after a series of indulgence.
This drink is sugar free and contains hard core detoxification properties. It is rich in green vegan nutrition named ‘kale’. Kale is extremely rich in iron, calcium, vitamins and fiber. It helps in reducing cholesterol level and contains fat burning properties. Protein powder in this recipe is option, use only if you are using it as a post work out drink.

Ingredients
- 1 cup, chopped Kale, scotch, raw
- 1 small Apples, raw, golden delicious, with skin
- 1 cup Nuts, coconut water (liquid from coconuts)
- 1 tbsp Spices, ginger, ground
- 1 scoop Soy protein, neutral flavor
- 1 piece Ice cubes
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
Instructions
- Put kale leaves, apple, ginger, and coconut water into the blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
- Add protein powder, lemon juice and ice cubes if using. Blend to mix all.
- Transfer to a glass and drink immediately.
