Tasty Salmon Noodle [Bulkbites.com]

This is actually this recipe: http://www.bulkbites.com/bodybuildingrecipes/snack-chili-fish-518 combined with noodles and broccoli. It makes for a complete tasty dinner, and it's lean too. I replaced cornstarch with wheat flour.

Ingredients
- 1 fillet Fish, salmon, Atlantic, wild, raw
- 4 tsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 1 tsp Vinegar, balsamic
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 10 gram Wheat flour, whole-grain, soft wheat
- 2 clove Garlic, raw
- 1 tsp Spices, ginger, ground
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 3 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tsp Spices, chili powder
- 4 cup Noodles, egg, dry, unenriched
- 4 cup chopped Broccoli, raw
Instructions

- NOTE: Instead of garlic powder I used 1 clove of garlic chopped finely, instead of cornstarch I used wheat flour.
- Chop the brocolli and cook for 5 minutes in boiling water
- Cook the noodles according to description on package
- In a large skillet heat up 2 tsp of olive oil and add 1 chopped garlic clove
- Add broccoli together with 3 tsp of soy sauce and mix
- When the broccoli is done (still needs to taste crisp though), add the noodles
- At the end add the fish and serve!
