This is a perfect pre workout breakfast, as the spinach will give you some extra pump during workout (remember Popeye). I find it an extremely tasteful, easy dish.

Ingredients
- 2 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1.5 cup Spinach, raw
- 3 slice Pork, cured, bacon, pre-sliced, cooked, pan-fried
Instructions
- Bake bacon in a pan, until it becomes crisp
- Add the egg and spinach and top of pan with a lid.
- When the egg is not liquid anymore it's ready to be served.
