This is really one of my favorite lunch pasta salads. The smoked chicken together with the crunch of the bacon are great, and it's packed with protein as well!

Ingredients
- 4 100g Whole Wheat Pasta
- 3 100g Beans, snap, green, raw
- 4 unit Smoked chicken breast
- 4 slice Pork, cured, bacon, pre-sliced, cooked, pan-fried
- 2 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, prepared, yellow
- 2 wedge yields Lemon juice, raw
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
Instructions
- Cook the pasta with some salt
- Cook the green beans
- Bake the bacon until crisp and crumble it
- Shred the smoked chicken
- Chop the parsley and mix with the lemon juice, mayonnaise, pepper, salt, mustard and two tablespoons of water
- Mix all the ingredients and enjoy this tasty meal!
