Ingredients
- 8 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 7.52 gram Plain Butter
- 0.24 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 0.24 tsp Salt, table
- 2 tbsp chopped Chives, raw
- 4 slice thin Whole Wheat Bread
- 4 oz, boneless Fish, salmon, chinook, smoked
- 57.04 gram Cheese, cream, low fat
Instructions
- Add the beaten eggs in a small bowl. Then add pepper and salt. Combine well.
- Take a small skillet and place it over medium flame. Heat some butter in it. Then add the eggs and lower the heat slightly until the edges are firm. Now use a spatula for folding the eggs. Continue cooking for a few more minutes so that they become soft.
- After reducing the heat, add salmon and cream cheese over eggs and fold it over. Cook for a minute or so. Now remove from heat.
- Serve hot.
