Ingredients
- 453 gram Beans, snap, green, raw
- 2 large Egg, whole, cooked, hard-boiled
- 3 oz Fish, salmon, Atlantic, wild, raw
- 1 tbsp chopped Shallots, raw
- 4 cup Mixed Salad Greens
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 0.24 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 0.24 tsp Salt, table
- 40 gram Onions, sweet, raw
- 30 gram Dijon Mustard
- 0.24 cup Vinegar, red wine
Instructions
- Use medium flame to preheat the grill.
- Take a large pan containing water and cook some beans in it. Now drain out the water and cool the beans using cold running water.
- Take a small bowl. Add pepper, salt, shallots, oil, mustard and vinegar. Stir them well and keep them aside.
- Sprinkle little olive oil on either side of the fillet. Then sprinkle little pepper and salt over the fillet. Now grill the flesh side of the fillet for a few minutes. Flip the fillet and grill the other side for a few more minutes.
- Take 4 bowls and add little greens in each of them. Now top each of the bowls using beans, slices, egg and onion. Now add salmon and do the dressing. Serve immediately.
