Ingredients
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 0.2 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 0.2 tsp Salt, table
- 45 gram Cheese, goat, soft type
- 283.52 gram Frozen Spinach, Squeezed dry, thawed
- 1 large Onions, raw
- 1.52 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 300 gram Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Start rolling dough on a flat surface that is lightly floured.
- Then sprinkle generous amount of cornmeal over a baking sheet. Now place the dough over this sheet. Then bake it for at least 10 minutes or until it becomes crisp.
- Place a nonstick skillet over medium flame and heat little oil in it. Then add pepper, salt and onion. Cook these ingredients until they become golden brown. Then add little water and cook it for a few more minutes. Now add spinach, leaving aside the border region (1/2-inch). Add little cheese on the top.
- Now bake for at least 5 minutes before cutting them into 8 slices.
- Serve immediately.
