Ingredients
- 1 head medium Cauliflower, raw
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 2 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower florets in very small pieces, wash and drain until no liquid is left in the florets.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry onions until translucent, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add drained cauliflower, salt and pepper stir and cook over low medium heat.
- Cook until cauliflower is soft but crisp, remove from the heat.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve.
